Product Description
The main control system has important control and protection functions for the wind turbine, such as turbine start and stop, yawing, rotor speed control, grid connection and disconnection, fault stop, untwisting, recording and monitoring. The main control system is the brain of the wind turbine, controlling all the components to work in a coordinated manner. The main control system is divided into the tower base control system, the nacelle control system and the generator control system, which communicate with each other via the fieldbus.
The main control system mainly consists of industrial controller (PLC), industrial sensors, low voltage components, etc. It collects all kinds of sensor data in real time and communicates with the pitch system, converter and other sub systems to ensure the smooth and safe output of the wind turbine. Through the core control algorithm and core control logic, it maximizes the performance of the wind turbine under the premise of the turbine safety and stability and maximizes the benefits for the users.
